We are at a pivotal stage of growth, and we need a leader who can own the end-to-end booking fulfillment lifecycle while laying the groundwork for the future of healthcare operations.

In this role, you won't just be managing a team; youâll be the architect of our operational backbone. Your focus will be:
- Fulfillment Excellence: Ensuring every booking is executed with precision, speed, and a customer-first mindset.
- Process Engineering: Auditing existing workflows to find efficiencies and building robust, scalable processes from the ground up.
- Product Collaboration: Working closely with our tech teams to design and implement new products that solve real-world operational bottlenecks.
- Scaling âConnect and Healâ: Helping us set the gold standard for integrated healthcare delivery in India.
Who You Are
- A seasoned operations leader with a track record of managing high-volume fulfillment (HealthTech, Logistics, or E-commerce experience is a major plus).
- A "systems thinker" who loves building frameworks and seeing them come to life.
- Data-driven and comfortable navigating the intersection of technology and human-led operations.
- Ready to thrive in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment.
